Cohasset (2008 pop. est. 2,541) is Itasca County's second largest city. Located four miles west of Grand Rapids on Highway 2, the city has set aside hundreds of acres of prime industrial land equipped with sewer, water and electric to promote and entice business prospects. It also is home to Minnesota Power and its Boswell Energy Park, designed for operations that demand high-output electrical or steam energy.
