Northeastern Minnesota welcomes you to its online portal for the State of Minnesota's Job Opportunity Building Zones (JOBZ) program. JOBZ is an economic development incentive initiative aimed at growing and sustaining businesses. Eligible companies will qualify for state and local tax exemptions until year 2016, plus receive a tax credit for creating good paying jobs.

Northeastern Minnesota, also known as the Arrowhead Region, has 82 sub-zones available totaling more than 3,500 acres. Click on a county on the map to the right and you will be taken to the real estate section showing available JOBZ properties for each county.
