  Beaver Bay

Beaver Bay (2008 pop. est. 170) is the oldest continuous settlement on the north shore of Lake Superior. Located between the famous Split Rock Lighthouse and Silver Bay, this quaint community grew out of the region's early timber and fishing industries.

Tourism is its primary industry today. Located on Highway 61, a National Scenic Byway, it features quaint shops, restaurants, historic sites and access to northeastern Minnesota's outstanding recreational opportunities and high quality of life.
